| The Kiss

We carried the long rolled-up tarp upstairs to the sanctuary. Behind and to the side was a storage area in which we laid the rolled up white tube against the wall. I walked out and into the sanctuary, only one light was on. The only light was the one that shined down on the area in front and including the podium on the stage. As I started walking away, I heard him come up behind me and take my upper arms in his hands. He was shaking like a man who just went on the biggest roller coaster in the world. I turned in his arms and slid my hands to his back and laid my head on his shoulder, as he did with me. It was just dim enough and quiet enough to be romantic, amazingly, for a church sanctuary. I raised my head off of his shoulder and he did the same, we looked at each other with our foreheads touching. He told me "I love you so much." and our lips met. A sweet, innocent kiss, but with passion. It was like the world stopped and was still, just for a moment, but still long enough for a memorable moment.
A couple months later, we were in the same sanctuary, heading down the aisle toward the doors, when all of a sudden we stopped and looked at each other briefly. We hugged and he said to me " I love you so much, you have no idea." I started to feel my eyes become wet with tears. Of what? I'm not sure, but all I know is that I said "I love you too." A bind between us had been made that will be there forever. Our lips met, he hadn't noticed I was crying. We hugged again, I was shaking terribly with my effort to try and not let myself bawl my eyes out. I had no idea why i was crying, just that I was and I couldn't help it. We pulled away and I wiped my eyes. That was when he finally noticed I was crying and asked if I was alright. I told him I was. And we left for the doors once again, hand in hand.

| IT IS A MIRACLE, PEOPLE! my computer is fixed!!!!! OMG im happy! lol, id like to thank all of those who made this special moment possible: The nerdy guy who came and fixed it, uhhh.....ME lol, jkjk. so we won the playoffs tonight! | OK, so we went to Odessa for a band competition last saturday, right? so heres what we got: Indoor Drumline: FIRST Indoor Color guard: SECOND Parade: FIRST Field: SECOND overall, i think we did pretty dang good...I figured out im the freshman slave to 2 people....and the Guard masuse and shoe-tier (lol), and at youth group, matt played ska on MY guitar lol, and justin skanked, it was a-may-za-zing if i do say so myself! yep, big game tomorrow night, you should go! PH vs. PHS! annnd saturday is jonathan's Coffee House, woohoo! lol, 3 bands, $3, in the basement of his church, from 8-11, doors open at 7:30...yea....you should most deff. go. lol, if you want to know what church, just call meh! ohohoh, c/kolton, i changed my # in your phone so its the right one, lol, the other one you had was my cell, hah...nice, lol jk!
